redirect with squirm or jesred

Hi!
Recentyli i have installed jesred and configure it and put only one rule:
to test

regexi ^.*/Internet/acces/*.[^/]*/(.*$) http://mylocaldomain
and work. But  problem is i don't want redirect to especific URL ; realy 
need insert an string in url maintaining the  rest of the URL, i realy don;t 
known how is to concatenate strings or some else

PLEASE HELPME
