Squid 3.0 STABLE11 is available

The Squid HTTP Proxy team is pleased to announce the
availability of the Squid-3.0.STABLE11 release!

The previous RC release has now completed its mandatory 14 days without new bugs being detected, or bad reports against the tested patches. As such the 3.0 code is once again considered stable enough to drop the RC label.

All users of Squid 3.0.STABLE10 and 3.0.STABLE11-RC1 are advised to migrate to this release as soon as possible.

Several bugs fixed since the last release are also included:

  Bug 2424: filedescriptors being left unnecessary opened
  Bug 2545: fault passing ICAP filtered traffic to peers
  Bug 2227: Segfaults in MemBuf::reset during idnsSendQuery
