How to use Squid on Reverse Proxy mode on Windows XP Prof ?

Any one can help me ? I am using squid on Winows XP Prof. It's fine.
But when I try to use in Reverse proxy, it didn't work. My
configuration is as follows:
http_port 192.168.0.1:3128 accel vhost=3Dvirtual
