The Squid HTTP Proxy team is very pleased to announce the
availability of the Squid-3.1.0.1 beta release!
This release is the first formal release of the 3.1 feature branch.
It is primarily intended as a release candidate for testing, although if
found to be working may be used in any capacity.
Please note however; there are still a number of bugs open.
This release has an emphasis on improved RFC standards compliance and
wider protocol support than previous Squid releases.
As a feature release over 3.0 this resolves many of the large issues
found in the earlier Squid-3 releases which were unable to be resolved
there.

* Quality of Service (QoS) Flow support
