I would agree. The site seems completely anonymous on who is behind the content, and I have never heard of the name who is registered as owner of the domain (additionally the domain owner is registered with an UK address but US phonenumber.. which is a bit odd but imho) But I do suspect the wikipedia user who created the wikipedia article is the the same. The wikipedia article was created before the first blog post (Wikipedia article created 19 July, first blog post is from 26 July). I have added a warning comment on their download page.
