Your current rule is restricting the REDIRECT to specific interface and 0.0.0.0 source. not sure host that 0.0.0.0 bit works. Does the VPN traffic come in from a virtual interface? There should also be a SNAT or MASQUERADE rule creating symetry for the proper routing of replies.
