Squid now does automated translation from .PO files. Some of the transition snapshots got broken.
configure --without-po2html and download the pre-translated error files from www.squid-cache.org/Versions/langpack/
and for now use "make install" instead of "make all". I'll just go off and fix the "all" target... Amos -- Please use Squid 2.7.STABLE3 or 3.0.STABLE8
