Bandwidth Limit with File Size

Hello All,

We can limit the bandwidth with delay_pools based on users, file type
( .mp3 .flv ) like that.

But I have to limit the bandwidth if the download file size is 10MB.
If less than 10MB files we don't need to restrict the bandwidth.

Can i do this with delay_pools and can anyone give one example.
