Should work, assuming ziproxy does things correctly and does not mess up
on ETag..

Squid using ziproxy as a parent, or the other way around.. (ziproxy
using Squid as parent).

There is a gzip module for Squid-3, but it most likely needs to be
updated a bit as it hasn't been maintained in quite a while. Also it's
not yet verified to act correctly wrt ETag.
