Sorry, my error. Had forgot this was in fact contributed and accepted
for 3.1.

I am talking about code, not operational support.

If my memory had worked better the correct answer above is

It's in squid-3 and scheduled for the 3.1 release. The contribution
didn't make it in time to get included in 3.0.
