Hello,
we use Squid 2.5 as reverse proxy for multiple domains which are hosted on different servers.
Squirm is used as redirector. Without any special Squid-Configuration, URLs specified in squirm.patterns are treated in the right way. Not so with Squid 2.6.

Which directives are necessary to use Squid 2.6 with Squirm as redirector?

With 2.6 (and beyond) using cache_peer and cache_peer access is preferred over redirectors. See http://wiki.squid-cache.org/SquidFaq/ReverseProxy#head-7bd155a1a9919bda8ff10ca7d3831458866b72eb for details.
