That would be because there are many streaming formats and protocols, 
most with unique ports. Some with multiple ports, or failover methods.

As a whole, and by design, this is not something Squid deals with. Squid

is a web proxy, not a multimedia proxy.

Go back to those google results, and work your way through the 
ports,blocking each as appropriate.
