Hello,

I would like to know if squid has an option to mask the original IP ?

I read on this site (http://tinyurl.com/kw3mo) that a proxy can identify itself as a proxy (or not) and send the original IP in http headers (or not).

By dedault, squid behaves like a proxy and sends the two IPs.

Is there a way to disable the two options ('High Anonymity Proxy') with squid ?

Consider very carefully; Why? do you really want to be blamed for anything people do through your squid? or any security holes you configure accidentally?

configuration options for anonymity are:
 client_netmask
 header_access
 via
 forwarded_for (2.x only for now)
