I have a question about my delay pools config on squid2.6.STABLE13 The setup below works as expected for the delay classes 2 thru 5 but class 1 is never used. What I'm wanting is a way to have exceptions for certain destinations but I'd also like to have a limit on them as well. As it works now, the exceptions are not limited and in delay pool 0.
