I haven't had a chance to call them but in the release notes for  
7.2(3) there is this:

CSCsi52370

WCCP may result in 1550 block depletion & sends GRE packets >1500

I could see that being a problem, but it's kind of weird that it  
seemed to only happen with certain sites.
