My setup? It is a Squid-Cache 2.6 install on my OpenBSD 3.5 firewall.
It is a transparent proxy such that everything on the inbound on the
intranet NIC port 80 is redirected to the Squid-Cache.

Well thats not easily attained. transparency and authentication are
largely self-anihilating.
