Couldn't wait, I just did it on a server now. I am pretty sure that
normally the shit had begun but with -F it built the swap.state and
started working normally and no problem

that's from one cache dir and "took 5.8 seconds" seems to be really wrong,
look at the time stamps:

that's ten minutes, has probably to do with the wrong percentage
caclulation when things go wrong also ?
