Seems pretty obvious. You need to reduce the size of your
cachedir. You can find more info on the appropriate cachedir size in
the faq, I think

Please help me, my squid server is working fine but its autometaclly
suspending some times.
I am getting messages in, /var/log/squid/cache.log:
