Any example URLs?

"cache_vary on" makes Squid cache "Vary" responses. This is URLs where
the server response varies depending on the capabilities and preferences
of the browser.

There is however some sites not responding with correct Vary headers,
causing a bit of problems. Additionally there is many sites having
problems with the ETag on such content breaking in similar manners.

Make sure you have the default suggested broken_vary_encoding rules
active. Without these many sites will fail with "cache_vary on".

Internal debug information, only shown because you have told Squid to
increase the debug level.. All normal from what I could tell..
