It's the coss block size. Filesystem block size is irrelevant.

Depends on the size of the COSS store. If larger than 8GB then you must.
Note: Should be a power-of-two, at least 512.

512	<8GB
1024	<16GB
2048	<32GB

etc..

Squid should probably auto-tune this one to the size of the COSS store..
