Thanks for response. It would be very helpful to see tcpdump of the following:

1. member caches multicast/unicast HereIam
2. Router's ISeeYou shows 2way connectivity with the caches
3. lead cache multicasts/unicasts RedirectAssign
4. Router's ISeeYou showing the bucket-assignments made

Also the output of "sh ip wccp XX detail" from your router(cisco
enterprise router)?
