hi,

we were facing similar issues. But if we just block words like proxy, proxify etc they will not be able to search and browse any sites with that word in the url. This was very effective for us. we are also using squidguard to have double filters.

Yes, it does, see http://urlblacklist.com/?sec=download in categories (search
proxy)

Perhaps this regexp helps you little bit too
(cecid.php|nph-webpr|nph-pro|/dmirror|cgiproxy|phpwebproxy)
(anonymizer|proxify|megaproxy)
