You need a router somewhere which allows you to divert port 80 traffic
to the proxy server..

There is configuration examples for a number of different router brands
found in the FAQ.

If you draw a schematic view of your network using ascii chart (LAN,
router, proxy, Internet connection) and tell what kind of router you use
it's easier for us to help you..
