ie_refresh for MSIE 6.0

hi,guys.
    I use the MSIE 6.0 refresh a URL,the IE only send a IMS request,
no the no-cache header.
And  my squid configure file include "ie_refresh on",but useless.
because my IE is not MSIE 5.1 or lower.
    Now,I want the every IMS request from MSIE can add a no-cache
header, there have some simple solution for that ?
