mp3 to php?

I am going to
http://www.910knew.com/cc-common/podcast/single_podcast.html?podcast=3Dsavage.xml
and clicking on Download to get a mp3 file.  Without the proxy I get a
mp3 file and with the squid proxy I get the same file but it is named
something_else.php.  If I rename it to mp3 then it works as an mp3.  Is
there something in Squid that would cause this?
