Time Outs Conecting To Citrix Server

Greetings;

Does anyone have any experiences with regards to connecting to a Citrix 
server?  My users are getting timed out of their sessions and it is driving 
me nuts.  This may not be a Squid issue, but I thought it can't hurt to ask.
