Try

echo 0 >/proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_ecn
echo 0 >/proc/sys/net/ipv4/tcp_window_scaling

if it makes a difference then the firmware of your PIX is broken.

If no difference then triple check the routing setup on the RedHat
server..
