Guym I don't know how to hook the "?", is there any other pattern you
can use ? (eg. asp, jsp, php, aspx, path ?)

I've got the URLs to cache ok, it's getting them to refresh after 5 minutes
is where I'm having problems as the following fresh pattern seems to have no
effect:
refresh_pattern \? 5 100% 5 override-expire
Does this look correct, or am I missing something?
