-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Dear All, I am getting the following error while connecting to: mail.yahoo.com The surprising part is that some of my proxy servers can connect to this site while some can't. I am very puzzled why this is happening. The web browsers shows the following error: While trying to retrieve the URL: http://us.f572.mail.yahoo.com/ym/login? The following error was encountered: * Connection Failed The system returned: (60) Operation timed out The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again. Access.log shows: [22/Nov/2006:14:06:48 +0545] "GET http://mail.yahoo.com/ HTTP/1.1" 302 576 TCP_MISS:DIRECT Cache.log doesn't seem to show any entries regarding the above site. If I put https://mail.yahoo.com, I get the following [22/Nov/2006:14:10:54 +0545] "CONNECT mail.yahoo.com:443 HTTP/1.1" 200 5569 TCP_MISS:DIRECT But still, I can't connect to yahoo's email service page. If you want more debug information, I can send it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Note: All my proxy servers are running Squid-2.5 on FreeBSD. - -- With best regards and good wishes, Yours sincerely, Tek Bahadur Limbu (TAG/TDG Group) Jwl Systems Department Worldlink Communications Pvt.
