I don not know why
When I test squidGuard itself,there is no error.
This sounds like the user that is running squid (typically nobody or
squid) is not allowed to execute squidGuard. Did you try to execute
squidGuard from root ?
You should test squidGuard from the user under which squid is running
e.g. by doing a "su - nobody" .
