Hi squid users! I have configured hierarchical cache setup as one parent and other child . All the child proxy are running in transparent by using wccp version 1. . The cache is running slowly than before and not functioning properly. When I check in child cache it give error in cache.log as 2006/11/19 19:25:32| WARNING: Forwarding loop detected for: GET /download/7/C/2/7C239FA9-FB4C-4768-B34F-31C6A17947D8/au_all.cab HTTP/1.0 Accept: */* Accept-Encoding: gzip, deflate I am running 2.6 stable 4 in parent and in child 2.5 stable 9 version and use iptables for por redirect from 80 to 3128 I have seen faq and disable the option redirect_rewrites_host_header off but problems remains as it is.
