Because the memory and disk hit ratios is very incomplete.. don't trust
them as they are today.

memory hit ratio is just the "TCP_MEM_HIT" ratio.

disk hit ratio is just the "TCP_HIT" ratio.

but there is a number of other hit conditions which is not accounted in
the above two..

In "Hit ratio" the following statuses is included:

  TCP_HIT
  TCP_IMS_HIT
  TCP_REFRESH_FAIL_HIT
  TCP_REFRESH_HIT
  TCP_NEGATIVE_HIT
  TCP_MEM_HIT
  TCP_OFFLINE_HIT
