Hi.
This morning squid 2.6s4, running on Slackware Linux 11.0
with 2.6.18.1 kernel, has crashed after logging this entries:

This machine has 1GB ram + ~800 MB swap
cache_mem set to 768 MB

Clues?


Start setting 'cache_mem' to default; please read the meaning
of this param in squid.conf.default >carefully<
