The configure help lies a bit. Hasn't been updated to reflect what is actually happening. If you doesn't specify any --enable/disable epoll/kqueue/poll/select/ options then configure probes the system for the best available. If you use --disable-... then those alternatives is excluded, if you use --enable-... then that alternative is enforced. Have updated the help texts to better explain what is going on. Regards Henrik
