I have detected some accesses to external proxies.

I believe that is almost impossible to know all server names to block
them individually, just to have an idea Google found hundred of pages
with proxy anonymous keywords.
Can I block these access with some ACL definition? How can I do that?
Thanks and Regards.
Most of the CGI proxies use valid HTTP requests. There is nothing
differentiating them from regular traffic. Make using these external
proxies a violation of your Internet terms of use, and enforce it.
Terminate Internet access for violators.
