Hmm wait a minute.. thats
squid.cacheMesh.cacheClientTable.cacheClientEntry.cacheClientHttpRequests,
the per-client HTTP requests counter. You haven't specified which client you
want to query for so there is nothing to return.. (the cacheClientTable is
indexed by the client IP address)

I think you are looking for
squid.cachePerf.cacheProtoStats.cacheProtoAggregateStats.cacheProtoClientHtt
pRequests (.1.3.6.1.4.1.3495.1.3.2.1.1).
