Hiya, I've written up a couple of example WCCPv2 situations (ie, my home deployment) at http://wiki.squid-cache.org/ConfigExamples/. I use a different iptables ruleset (gre rather than eth0, DNAT rather than REDIRECT) and it seems to work fine for me.
