Support for arp ACl type

Does Squid 2.5.STABLE6 support the arp ACLs ? I have this version 
running  on CentOS 4.3 at a site and was trying to define some arp ACLs 
using MAC addresses and get the following error.

aclParseAclLine: Invalid ACL type 'arp'
Squid Cache (Version 2.5.STABLE6): Terminated abnormally.
