I got the following on the access log 1155133193.125 16 10.10.10.100 TCP_MISS/403 1468 GET http://10.10.10.10/test.jpg - DIRECT/10.10.10.10 text/html on the webserver I get a - 200 IIS message for the test.jpg file. that means the request was successful. I am starting to think might be ACL or Auth on the cache.
