Squid-2.6 + Samba-4 technology preview release has what you need, but
you will need MSIE 7 to be able to use this in proxy authentication
(MSIE 6 only supports this to web servers, not proxies... nobody outside
Microsoft understands why). Firefox also supports this.

In the current Samba-4 the member server code is still very incomplete, and this is a big problem when running Samba 4 in a Windows AD domain .... :-(

I think that it should not be too hard to write a KERBEROS/GSSAPI/SSPI helper using mod_auth_kerberos from Apache as reference.
