Hi there I have installed Squid as an accelerator for httpd. It will block requests to internal.example.com lest they were received per SSL/TLS. Httpd is talked to in plain text by Squid and therefore its redirect messages tell clients to connect to internal.example.com using plain HTTP which they are not allowed.
