I had solved this problem only change the bbs to .*bbs.*php$ ,
.*bbs.*jsp$ etc.

Hello Huang,
By default squid don´t cache this acl type
acl QUERY urlpath_regex cgi-bin \?
no_cache deny QUERY
you can to add \.php$
