Is it no "Total Number of Client Accessing Cache".
If one IP has opened 4 concurrent connections, will I get one record in
cacheClients or I will get 4??

Having said that, a quick look at the squid mib.txt file shows:

    cacheClients
    Number of clients accessing cache

which would perhaps seem a more reliable snapshot of the number of
concurrent connections.
