I've also wondered about this, since tuning caches in production can be pretty dangerous.

who would know what more, exactly ?  or does no one know ?
It would be great if this found its way into the documentation.

Changes in cache_dir

changing pid_filename

Removal of an authentication scheme (auth_param)

maybe some more..
