OK, I gave him localhost:80 and I´m able to get further.
I receive page with list of virtual sites on my webserver:

Each virtual site is a link that leads to :
http://www.mydomain.cz/squid/subdomain1.mydomain.cz/
But the target of those links do not exist and I´m not able to get
any information about my squid.

The http_port that you need to use is the one that squid is listening
on. Use the external IP (i.e. the IP that squid accepts connections
on) and port 80, and I imagine you will have better luck.

When I set my public ip address where http conections are accepted. I
received:
Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Where can be problem now.
