Is there a way to configure Sqjuid Proxy to automatically toggled offline_mode to "ON" when there is no available bandwidth and "OFF" when the bandwidth is available? Also is there a way to configure Squid to do a prefetch, based on the most visited pages? Thank you very much, Wennie
