You don't. A redirector can only redirect requests, hence it's name.

As a rule of thumb access controls should be done via ACLs, not
redirectors.

But as all requests goes via the redirector it can be done in
redirectors if you insist on it, but only in the way of redirecting the
user to another URL than requested when denied access.
