What you did, but to this you need to add the length of the request line. This isn't available directly, but you can calculate it by adding the length of the request method plus the length of the requested URL. And to this you need to add the value of the Content-Length request header, if any, to include the size of the (optional) request entity (data being sent to the server) Regards Henrik
