I attmempted an SSL connection and saw that it took over two minutes before the page was drawn. 1143137777.267 0 127.0.0.1 TCP_DENIED/407 2315 CONNECT www.microsoft.com:443 - NONE/- 1143137897.284 0 127.0.0.1 TCP_DENIED/407 2548 CONNECT www.microsoft.com:443 - NONE/- The NTLM retry was a gap of two minutes.
