Proxy restricted access acl's not working all of a sudden

Hey list,

All of a sudden some of my acls isn't working. I'm running Dansguardian 2.8.0, Squid 2.5, and webmin 1.23 on Fedora Core 2. I created (3) acls. I work in a youth center, and I needed to restrict access to a website during certain time periods. (2) of the acl's are date and time acl's. The first acl is for monday, tuesday, thursday and friday for times 4pm through 6pm. The 2nd acl is for wednesday from 2pm through 6pm. The 3rd acl is a URL regexp for the specific website that I want to restrict access to. My first proxy restriction specifies that I deny the urlregexp I created for wednesday, and then the 2nd proxy restriction denies the urlregexp for the rest of the week during those time periods. The line after that allows my network, then allows localhost and then ends with deny all. Now, this has all been working for 2 weeks. Now I find that the youth are able to browse the particular website I wanted blocked during the times that the acl should be restricting them. I have my browser configured to use the proxy as well so that I can test whether or not the proxy is working or not. And yes, I can browse the same site from my browser during the time that site is supposed to be restricted. I didn't make any changes to the acl's or proxy once I got it working 2 weeks ago. I'm the only sysadmin, and no one else has access to the servers. Any ideas?

Thanks,

David
